Are you an immigrant youth ready get active in your communities? Do you want to learn more about how to change issues that affect you and your community? Then register for NYSYLC's Youth Empowerment Program!

This program, better known as YEP, aims to develop the political analysis of migrant youth regardless of their immigration status, and provide them with the tools necessary to organize and become agents of change in our communities.

YEP is a collective learning space where participants, program organizers and guest speakers and facilitators engage in in-depth discussions to explore the intersections of systems of oppression, such as patriarchy, white supremacy and racism. Through lively discussions and group activities, participants will become active in their personal, intellectual and communal growth.
We encourage undocumented migrant youth of color to apply. YEP is a free program. The workshop content will be presented in intermediate & high intermediate ELL levels.
