What’s Happening The Week Of June 13th?

Join us at our Fundraising Committee Meeting in our office, 220 5th Ave 5th floor, where we will finalize the details to our fundraiser.

Saturday June 18th @ 9:00pm
The NYSYLC would like to invite you to a night of dancing, games, and mysteries to solve at our office 220 5th ave 5th floor. We are hosting this fun-filled event to raise money for our scholarship fund which is offered to immigrant youth. Tickets are $8 for members and $12 for non-members. Drinks will be served with ID. Formal attire is recommended, although not required. Please note that there will NOT be gambling and NO cash prizes will be awarded.  Dress to impress. PROM dresses are welcomed. Bring your friends and family!

Spring Fling: A YLC Scholarship Fundraiser

Finding funds and scholarships for undocumented students is an adventure especially since most are reserved for citizens and residents only. Undocumented students receive no financial aid, loans and don’t have the right to work which makes paying for college impossible. We, the NYSYLC, understand how difficult it can be for immigrant youth to continue their education after high school. We want to provide some relief to immigrant youth and so we offer a scholarship which has helped many students pursue higher education.
For this and many more reasons we invite you to our Spring Fling fundraiser on
Friday, April 29th from 9pm-2am.
$8 for NYSYLC members and $12 non-NYSYLC members.
It will be held at 220 5th ave 5th floor and everyone is welcome to party but 21+ to drink(bring ID).
