^ Because those children will one day become responsible, hardworking taxpayers who will greatly benefit society. If you want to complain about what tax money is used for, complain about how 20% of federal taxes go toward defense and security (ie fighting unnecessary wars and killing innocent civilians). I am a college freshman who is also a hardworking taxpayer and can barely afford college, and I wholeheartedly support the NYS DREAM Act!

Why not ask the hardworking citizen taxpayers if they want to pay for children of other countries to go to college? Taxpayers already cannot afford to put their own children through college!

Hello, i am a Senior student in NJ i really want to attend college and i am going to but one problem is that i am struggling on how i can pay for college. I dont know if is late or what but how can i apply for a scholarship. Like i have good grades and i will really be happy if i get some information on how i can apply for a scholarship or something. Please help me.

**I'm really glad that there are these organizations and groups that are actually trying to do something to make a change. I, myself was one of the detainees under Immigration custody and have been incarcerated for 15 months and i finally was able to get out on bail and the blessing of God. It was the most difficult time that all my family and loved ones had to face and i cant imagine what every single individual's family have been going through. We as the people definitely need to speak up and do whatever it takes to make a change and be heard and put a stop to this. All of this deportation proceeding is nothing but a major money making scheme. I have found out so much and got a behind the scene first hand experience during this whole process. I hope this country changes its ways in terms of the government system.
