La Bestia, is a heart breaking film by Pedro Ultreras and Hirma Gonzalez, showcasing the determination of the human spirit and the unquenchable thirst to reach the “American Dream” for a better future. For many immigrants the agonizing journey begins when they have to jump on a cargo train known as La Bestia or The Beast. This movie will take you on the trip comparable only to hell that many Central American migrants go through when fighting for a better life.
