Qing Xiong Liu Will Be Deported

Qing Xiong Liu, a father of two US citizen children, a hardworking man who was racially profiled, stopped on his way to work and send to a detention center in Ohio since April 2nd. His children miss him and ask for their dad all the time. Anna, his wife, misses him too and hopes Mr. Liu will be back home soon. We need to bring up the urgency of his case. Every day that passes, Mr. Liu, a father of two US citizen children and a hardworking man, is in a detention center, separated from his family.

2- CALL THE FOLLOWING THREE OFFICES

1. Call Senator Gillibrand’s office in NY:
212-688-6262 and DC 202-224-4451 with the following message
“I urge Senator Gillibrand to work on Mr. Qing Xiong Liu’s case (A#077 242 579), a New York resident of fourteen years, who was wrongfully detained while he was riding a bus from NYC to Ohio. Mr. Liu is a low priority case as listed under the Morton Memo guidelines. I am requesting that Senator Gillibrand makes sure that Mr. Liu is released from Bedford Heights City Jail in Ohio immediately and reunited with his family. His two young U.S. citizen children miss him dearly and are depressed without him.”

2. Call ICE Director, John Morton:

“I am calling to ask that you release Mr. Qing Xiong Liu (A#077 242 579), a New York City resident of fourteen years, who is wrongfully being detained in Bedford Heights City Jail in Ohio. Mr. Liu fled China 14 years ago to escape being imprisoned by authorities because his brother violated the one-child policy. Family planning officials in China have threatened to imprison Mr. Liu if he returns. Mr. Liu has two young U.S. citizen children and is a low-priority deportation. He should have never been detained under the Morton Memo. Let Mr. Qing Xiong Liu go!”

3. Call NY ICE Field Office Director, Raymond Simonse:

“I am calling to ask that you release Mr. Qing Xiong Liu (A#077 242 579), a New York City resident of fourteen years, who is wrongfully being detained in Bedford Heights City Jail in Ohio. Mr. Liu fled China 14 years ago to escape being imprisoned by authorities because his brother violated the one-child policy.
